GOETIA//VM — TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
Last updated July 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of Goetia//VM ("the app"), an art toy published by Aether Tools ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
A curio, not a conjuration. Goetia//VM is a work of interactive art that reframes a historical grimoire as a computer. It performs only deterministic letter transforms on text you type. Nothing is summoned, invoked, or contacted, and no output should be treated as guidance, prophecy, or fact.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Goetia//VM on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app except where these terms add to it.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse it. The historical and symbolic material is presented for cultural and entertainment interest.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Its output is the result of simple text transforms and carries no meaning beyond that.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
