These terms govern your use of Reptoidar ("the app"), a novelty instrument published by Aether Tools ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
For entertainment only. Reptoidar is a comedy app. It does not detect reptilians, "lizard people", or any real trait of any real person. Every reading is fictional and generated at random. Do not rely on it, and do not use a scan to make, imply, or share a factual claim about anyone.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Reptoidar on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app except where these terms add to it.
Acceptable use
Use Reptoidar for fun and in good humor. Do not use it to harass, defame, intimidate, or mislead anyone, and respect others' privacy when the camera is pointed their way. You are responsible for how you share its output.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Its readings have no factual meaning whatsoever.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including how you or others interpret or share its output.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
