Requirements

Manifold runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Real AlarmKit wake alarms require iOS 26 or later. The optional Apple Watch companion requires watchOS 10 or later.

Does Manifold need an account?
No. Open it and start a session — nothing to sign up for.

Will alarms fire in Silent Mode or Focus?
On iOS 26 and later, Manifold can schedule real system wake alarms via AlarmKit, designed to break through Silent Mode and Focus the same way the Clock app does. On earlier iOS versions, session-end alerts are standard notifications and follow your existing Focus and Silent settings.

What does Pro unlock?
Nested concurrent sessions, additional themes, the glass sound pack, and faster capture mode — a one-time purchase, no subscription.

Where does my session history go?
It stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

How does Watch sync work?
The Watch app mirrors your phone's running or paused session directly over WatchConnectivity, and can also start, pause, or resume a session on its own.

Deleting your data

Delete session history or Focus Friends entries from inside the app. Deleting the app removes all of its on-device data.
