These terms govern your use of Noösphere ("the app", listed on the App Store as Noosphere UAP), published by Aether Tools ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What this app is. A wellness and entertainment instrument that runs the CE-5 / Sphere Network contact protocol as a bounded, timed session — attune, invite, cosmic address, beacon, watch, ground — and keeps a log of what you report, with the time and bearing. Its purpose is coherence, calm, focus, and awe.
Not a detector. A phone cannot detect UAP, craft, spheres, non-human intelligence, or anything of the kind, and this app does not try. Every mark in the log is your own report, recorded as yours and left unevaluated. The app never labels an outcome "contact", never scores a session, and never renders a verdict on what you saw.
For entertainment and wellness only. The Sphere Network model — nodes, not craft; consciousness as the medium; intention as the ping — is presented in the community's own words and marked as lore. Nothing in the app is a factual claim about the sky, and no session outcome should be relied on, repeated, or shared as evidence of anything.
Not medical advice. Noösphere does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care.
Photosensitivity
The beacon is audio, haptics, and a steady light. The visuals are flicker-free by design: the flash rates used by the source community's gear sit in the photosensitive-seizure band, so this app holds the signal steady instead and never strobes. We still ask you not to use the app if flashing lights have ever been a problem for you, and to enable Reduce Motion if motion itself is an issue. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, disorientation, or any distressing change in perception or mood, stop and seek help.
No-laser policy
Noösphere does not drive, guide, aim, or time a laser, torch, strobe, or any external light, and will not. Pointing a laser or other bright light at an aircraft is a federal felony in the United States and a crime in most countries; it can blind a pilot and endanger everyone aboard. You agree not to use the app in combination with any device aimed at the sky, and not to use a session as cover for doing so. The protocol as taught does not require it, and the app will not help.
No guarantee of contact
Sessions are an exercise in attention. We make no representation that any session will produce an observation, an experience, or a "contact" of any kind, and the app never claims one has occurred. If you see something, the app writes down that you reported it, when, and in which direction. That is the entire extent of what it can know.
Use safely
Sessions are meant to be held seated or standing still, outdoors, at night. Mind your footing, the weather, the cold, private property, and the people around you. Never run a session while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where a few minutes of closed-eye attention would be unsafe. The app's sky arithmetic (dusk, full dark, Moon) is approximate to about a degree and is not for navigation.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app except where these terms add to it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of any bearing, time, or astronomical figure, or that any session will yield any result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
